OUR CLASSES + TRAINING OPTIONS
THAI PADS TRAINING
Partner up and hold pads for each other working aspects of defense and timing with powerful strikes! this is a perfect way to train proper fighting techniques and power.
HEAVY BAGS TRAINING
Grab a bag and attack with as much power as you can! This works your striking power and contributes to hardening your body! Which is an essential piece of martial arts and learning to fight.
TIMING SPARRING
Spar with your teammates using a specific timing. We spar to get used to exchanging strikes with a person in an atmosphere that is safer than full sparring. Timing sparring is also typically slower than full sparring.
DRILLING CLASSES
We work specific combinations or counters in a controlled setting. This is to "feel" the proper timing needed to execute the moves in real time. This is different than sparring in that you always know the technique your partner will use.
CLINCH TRAINING
We practice the "inside" game of striking. When you are holding on to your opponent there are many grappling techniques you can learn like elbows and knees combined with sweeps and trips.
SPARRING CLASSES
Live sparring. As close to fighting as we can get. Although this sparring is more "free", and getting hurt is inevitable, we still do not practice maliciously. Your training partners are your friends. Although you want to challenge each other, you never intend to hurt them.
